NPU Rebels is an independent hockey program based out of Montreal, Quebec. We operate a Prep team and an 18U team, competing in showcases, regular season games and playoffs in both Canada and the USA.

Strong Practice Habits
We recruit players who will elevate the level of those around them through an intense, detail-oriented approach to practice. The best way to improve is through deliberate high-effort training, and our athletes are expected to bring a relentless drive to every session.

Work Ethic
Strong work ethic and maximum effort are non-negotiable skills required of every player that is a part of the NPU Rebels. It is an expectation, not a request. We emphasize that no individual is greater than the team. Teamwork and elevating each other will be at the forefront of what we teach and preach.

Growing from mistakes
Our coaching philosophy is built on teaching – not punishing. Our players are still understanding how to play the game the right way. Mistakes are expected and encouraged. Players will not be benched for making errors; instead, they will be coached, encouraged, and given the chance to apply what they are learning.

The NPU Rebels are very excited to offer a unique, optional package to all players. For those that want to bring their game to the next level, we are ready to supply them with every opportunity. The Rebels Plus package gives players access to additional private strength and conditioning, mental performance coaching and sports nutrition consultation.
